What is the 30 Hour Famine?Students around the world loving God and fighting hunger
Go hungry to help hungry kids
Your students will grow closer to Christ and each other as they fast together for 30 hours and raise funds to fight hunger. What’s more, when you do the Famine you’re challenging your students to be part of something bigger than themselves. To take action for God’s kingdom. To help save the lives of physically, emotionally, and spiritually hungry people. To permanently change the way your students see the world.
How the Famine works
Every year, hundreds of thousands of students in the U.S. — and thousands more around the world — unite through 30 Hour Famine to feed hungry children and families.
Just a little bit of money can go along way to help fight hunger in our local community and beyond. Young people will be given opportunity to put money & service toward missions and opportunities to eradicate hunger.
Young people will grow closer to God and each other as they fast for 30 hours! We’ve got tons of activities, challenges, and community service ideas (plus schedules that pull them all together) to make this no-eat overnighter a breeze.
