I Will Never Forget...

I will never forget how much my dad loved Christmas. He loved all the lights, tinsel, and icicles on the trees. He would even count how many lights he would string on the tree and would always want to put more than he had the previous year. On Christmas Eve we would all pile up in our car and go around different neighborhoods looking at lights. He made a manger that we would put out every year near the tree. On top was a star made with glitter to shine. 

All the lights at Christmas remind me of the one true Light. This Christmas, let us remember Jesus was sent to be a light for us all. Help us to shine his light onto others. 

Thy word is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path. Psalm 119:105
