- How much of a priority for you is connecting with nature? How often does it figure into your calendar and routines?
- Which of these three rules feels most familiar/comfortable to you? Which feels most unfamiliar/uncomfortable and why?
- Schedule and follow through this week on a 30-minute block of time spent in nature—hiking, birdwatching, meditating, or anything else that is not distracting you from your surroundings.
