Lebanon FUMC will be hosting our second and final COVID-19 Vaccine Pop-Up Clinic (in partnership with Vanderbilt Wilson County Hospital) on 12/1 from 3-5PM. 

This clinic will offer:

• 2nd shots for all who got their first ones at our previous clinic (on 11/10)
• Booster shots for all in need of them
• 1st shots for anyone ages 5 and up (note: we will NOT have another clinic for your second shots after this date, so you will need to plan to get them elsewhere)
• Free ice cream for everyone who gets a shot!
